目的研究吉兰-巴雷综合征的神经电生理特点,探讨F波在GBS早期诊断中的作用。方法回顾性研究准北市人民医院在2005年至2009年中被诊断为吉兰-巴雷综合征并且接受过神经电生理检查的47例患者,对其进行运动神经传导速度(MCV)、F波及感觉神经传导速度(SCV)检测,共检测329条运动神经及235条感觉神经,F波329条,并对结果进行分析。结果在发病1周内54%患者的F波出现不正常,而运动传导速度减慢者仅有6%,38%的患者运动末端潜伏期延长,57%患者复合运动动作电位波幅下降,30%患者的感觉动作电位波幅下降或消失,21%患者感觉传导速度减慢,未发现传导阻滞的患者。结论吉兰-巴雷综合征患者早期F波较神经传导速度变化更为敏感,表现为出现率下降、潜伏期延长,有助于临床早期诊断。
Objective To study the neuroelectrophysiological characteristics of Guillain-Barre syndrome and to explore the role of F-wave in the early diagnosis of GBS. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 47 patients who were diagnosed as Guillain-Barre syndrome and were subjected to neuroelectrophysiology in ZhunBei People’s Hospital from 2005 to 2009. Their motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV), F wave Sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) test, detected a total of 329 motor nerves and 235 sensory nerves, F wave 329, and the results were analyzed. Results F wave was abnormal in 54% of patients within 1 week of onset and only 6% of patients with slowed motor conduction. The latency of exercise end prolongation in 38% of patients and 57% Of the feeling of action potential amplitude decreased or disappeared, 21% of patients feel the conduction velocity slowed, no block found in patients. Conclusions Early Guillain-Barre syndrome patients are more sensitive to changes in F wave than nerve conduction velocity. Their manifestations are decreased incidence and prolonged latency, which is helpful for early clinical diagnosis.
