小口径不锈钢薄壁管几何量检测的难点在于管壁厚的快速、准确测量。本文介绍的一种使用穿过式检测线圈的电涡流方法对该类管材的检测实验结果证明,该法可成功地检出3%的壁厚变化。笔者应用Dodd的理论,推出了包围导体管的单层螺线管阻抗Z的简化表达式,并利用该式在微型计算机上进行了测厚传感器检测频率选择、线性度和干扰因素的分析计算。理论分析结果与实验结果基本一致。
Small-caliber stainless steel thin-walled tube geometry is the difficulty of measuring the wall thickness of the fast and accurate measurement. This paper introduces a through-type detection coil using eddy current method of such pipe testing results show that the method can successfully detect 3% of the wall thickness changes. Based on Dodd’s theory, the author presents a simplified expression for the impedance Z of a single-layer solenoid surrounded by a conducting tube. The method is used to analyze and calculate the frequency, linearity and interference factors of the thickness sensor in the microcomputer. The theoretical analysis and experimental results are basically the same.
