Nance WE是Virginia州立大学Virginia医学院人类遗传学教研室主任、美国人类遗传学学会主席(1991～1993)、美国人类遗传学杂志(American Journal of HumanGenetics)主编。Nance于1992年6月来上海故地重游时在上海科学会堂报告了以下精彩的内容。本文部分加入了作者的理解。
Nance WE is director of the Department of Human Genetics, Virginia Medical College, Virginia State University, chairman of the American Society of Human Genetics (1991-1993) and editor of the American Journal of Human Genetics. Nance reported the following highlights at the Shanghai Science Hall when he returned to Shanghai in June 1992. This part of the article joined the author’s understanding.
