60年代以来,所谓的“科学喂养”使母婴分离,按时哺乳已成为新生儿的管理模式,特别是一些不正确的社会舆论导向和广告宣传,更使一些家庭在新生儿喂养上误入歧途.在创建爱婴医院活动中,积极采取适宜对策,纠正人们的思想误区,认真解决一些难点问题,是巩固和发展爱婴医院的关键.1思想误区及难点问题1.1对母乳的认识问题 过去认为婴儿吃母乳仅仅是一种古老传统的喂养方法,而用牛乳等代用品则是“科学喂养”,两种喂养方法都能使婴幼儿正常发育,有的则更偏爱于“科学喂养”.现在必须认识到,母乳是唯一最适合婴儿的食品,是任何食品不能代替的.母乳不但营养丰富、全面,且喂养方便,经济实惠,更有利于婴儿的生长、发育与健康.1.2对早吸吮,按需哺乳的认识问题 传统的观念认为,新生儿开奶以出生后24h为宜,过早开奶,可使新生儿大小便增多、不规则,于健康不利.而60年代的
