表面等离子体子共振 (SPR)技术是一种简单、直接的传感技术。它通过测量金属表面附近折射率的变化 ,来研究物质的性质。表面等离子体子共振传感器已经成为生物传感器研究领域的热点。本文分三个部分 ,分别介绍这种传感器的基本原理 ,实验装置和实际应用。本篇是第一部分 ,介绍表面等离子体子和表面等离子体子共振的概念 ,系统阐述产生SPR的条件 ,并讨论SPR传感器的基本原理及影响传感器性能的主要因素。
Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) technology is a simple, direct sensing technique. It examines the properties of matter by measuring the change in refractive index near the metal surface. Surface plasmon resonance sensor has become a hot research field of biosensors. This article is divided into three parts, introducing the basic principles of this sensor, experimental devices and practical applications. The first part introduces the concept of surface plasmon resonance and surface plasmon resonance. The conditions of generating SPR are expounded systematically. The basic principle of SPR sensor and the main factors affecting the performance of the sensor are discussed.
