在评估港口的经济效益时,不仅要考虑到港口建设对其本身带来的直接效益,而且也要考虑港口开发对促进地区和国民经济发展的间接社会效益。本文试图从系统的角度对港口的社会效益进行定量研究,首先从理论上分析了港口的社会效益,然后建立一套对港口的社会效益进行定量分析的数学模型,最后运用这一模型对我国海南岛港口开发的社会效益作了实例研究。
In assessing the economic benefits of a port, it is necessary to consider not only the direct benefits brought by port construction to itself, but also the indirect social benefits of port development to promote the development of the region and the national economy. This paper attempts to study the social benefits of the port quantitatively from the perspective of the system. Firstly, the social benefits of the port are analyzed theoretically, and then a mathematical model for quantitative analysis of the social benefits of the port is established. Finally, The social benefits of island port development have been studied.
