近日,工信部通信发展司副司长祝军在国新办发布会上介绍,截至今年3月,约有2.8亿电话用户还没实名登记,占总用户的20%,主要是预付费的移动电话用户,今后将出台措施鼓励推进补办工作。祝军介绍,当前我国电话用户已达14.5亿户,实名制登记便于管理,不会影响到正常通信使用。祝军介绍,据统计截止到今年3月份,还有约2.8亿用户没有进行实名登记,主要是预付费的移动电话用户,占总用户的20%左右。
