利用共沉淀法,以硝酸盐为原料,制备出组分均一的PZT95/5型陶瓷微粉,引入反应烧结和热压烧结的方法。经550℃热处理,1130℃热压烧结后,得到致密的PZT95/5型陶瓷材料,同时该材料具有高的击穿场强,为它在爆电换能方面的应用提供了更广阔的前景.
PZT95 / 5 ceramic powder with uniform composition was prepared by coprecipitation method using nitrate as raw material, and reaction sintering and hot pressing sintering were introduced. After thermal treatment at 550 ℃ and hot pressing at 1130 ℃, a compact PZT95 / 5 ceramic material is obtained. Meanwhile, the material has a high breakdown field strength, which provides a broader prospect for its application in explosive charge conversion.
