本文在研究众多修形理论和工艺的基础上,提出了简便实用的斜齿轮修形量计算方法。并运用电场控制的理论,完善了电化学修形工艺。该工艺适用于各种齿轮的轮齿修形。
Based on the study of many modification theories and techniques, this paper presents a simple and practical calculation method of helical gear modification. And the use of electric field control theory, improve the electrochemical repair process. The process is suitable for a variety of gear tooth modification.
