天津司机刘起林来信反映,103国道觅子店公路检查站的人员到30公里外的马驹桥拦截检查车辆。觅子店检查站停车场的人强行开走他的车,索取“移动费”。
Liu Qilin, a driver from Tianjin, reported that officers from the highway 103 checkpoint of the Kuomintang highway intercepted and checked vehicles at Majuqiao 30km away. The shopkeeper in the checkpoint car park forcibly drove away his car for a “mobile fee.”
