随着社会的不断发展和进步,和国际化进程的加快,我国教育制度和教育目标被逐步的改革升级。因此对于中小学教师的教学能力要求也在提高。教师的心理教育能力应运而生,其内容涵盖那些方面,目前国内教育体系没有给予统一的标准答案。另外,目前中小学教师的心理教育能力在不同地区、不同学校存在很大的差异,这也使得该种能力的培养迫在眉睫。
