随着高等教育的不断深入,高校学生对图书馆的地位以及图书馆的职能有了更深刻的了解,在一些方面,学生们也认识到:高校图书馆并不是高于学生地位的存在,高校图书馆的管理员老师的工作更近似于为学生提供服务,而不是管理学生读者;图书馆的一些制度,比如图书馆内藏书遗失要还同版的原书或按原价的几倍赔偿、借阅超过期限要支付数额不等的罚金等条款,图书馆的负责人员并没有对学生作出合理的解释。因此,本文就这几个方面做出一些分析,在法律层次提出自己的见解,得出几条结论。
