目的 :为探讨淡水鱼油对高血脂症患者血脂和前列腺素代谢的影响。方法 :采用随机、双盲、平行试验方法 ,将 90例高血脂症患者分两组进行观察 , 组 (治疗组 ) 4 6例 ,给予淡水鱼油乳化剂10~ 15 ml tid, 组 (对照组 ) 4 4例 ,给予 Vit E 15 0 mg/ d,均服药 4~ 8周 ,服药前及服药后 4~ 8周测定血总胆固醇 ( TC)、甘油三酯 ( TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( HDL- C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 ( LDL-C)、载脂蛋白 AI、B( apo AI、B)、脂蛋白 ( a)〔 L p( a)〕、血栓素 B2 ( Tx B2 )、6-酮 -前列腺素 F1α( 6-酮 -PGF1α)以及血浆和红细胞二十碳五烯酸 ( EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸 ( DHA)。结果 : 组 EPA、DHA、6-酮 - PGF1α显著升高 (均 P<0 .0 1) ,Lp( a)、TC、TG和 L DL- C显著降低 ( P<0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1) ,治疗期间无明显副作用发生。结论 :淡水鱼油对高血脂症和冠心病的防治具有优越性。
Objective: To investigate the effects of freshwater fish oil on blood lipid and prostaglandin metabolism in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods: Ninety patients with hyperlipidemia were observed in two groups with randomized, double-blind and parallel test. The patients in the treatment group were treated with 10-15 ml tid of freshwater fish oil emulsifier (control group) 4 4 patients were given Vit E 15 0 mg / d, were taken for 4 to 8 weeks, before taking and 4 to 8 weeks after taking the blood total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol HDL-C, LDL-C, apo AI, B, lipoprotein a Lp (a), thromboxane B2 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-PGF1α) and plasma and erythrocyte eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Results: The levels of EPA, DHA and 6-keto-PGF1α were significantly increased (all P0.01), and the levels of Lp (a), TC, TG and L DL- 0 1), no significant side effects during treatment. Conclusion: Freshwater fish oil has superiority in the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia and coronary heart disease.
