以平朔井工二矿综放工作面缩面工程为背景,针对缩面期间巷道交叉点顶板支护问题,运用FLAC3D三维数值模拟软件,对巷道交叉点围岩的应力场、位移场进行了模拟计算分析,并结合现场监测数据进行对比分析,得出巷道交叉点顶板变化规律。研究结果表明:现有支护条件不能保证该处巷道在缩面期间具有足够高度,该处顶板需要加强支护以满足支护安全的需要。加强支护后,该处顶板下沉量得到有效控制,能够保证缩面期间巷道交叉点的高度。
Taking the shoveling work of fully mechanized top coal caving face in Pingshuo Jingong No.2 Mine as the background, aiming at the roof support of roadway intersection during the shrinkage, the stress field and displacement field of surrounding rock at the intersection of roadway were simulated by using FLAC3D 3D numerical simulation software Simulation analysis, combined with on-site monitoring data for comparative analysis, obtained at the intersection of roadway roof variation. The results show that the existing support conditions can not guarantee that the roadway in the tunnel has a sufficient height during the shrinkage, and the roof needs to be strengthened to meet the needs of supporting safety. After strengthening the support, the amount of roof subsidence in this area is effectively controlled, which can ensure the height of the intersection of the roadway during the shrinkage.
