研究了纯度为99.99%(A_1)和99.9%(A_2)银材的时效软化行为,讨论影响银材时效软化速率的诸多因素。实验指出在90天的时效周期内,只有当ε=0~99%在0℃或者当ε≤40%在20~50℃条件下A_1和A_2的机械性能相对稳定。银材的时效软化是由于其内部结构产生再结晶组织所致。
Aging softening behavior of 99.99% (A_1) and 99.9% (A_2) silver was studied, and the factors affecting the aging softening rate of silver were discussed. Experiments show that the mechanical properties of A_1 and A_2 are relatively stable only when ε = 0-99% at 0 ° C or when ε≤40% at 20-50 ° C over a 90-day aging period. Aging softening of silver is due to its internal structure resulting from recrystallization.
