随着高职学院的招生规模不断扩大和国家建设示范性高等职业院校新要求,传统的学生思想政治工作的教育管理观念、管理方式和管理体制已很难适应新形势的需要。本文通过了解国家建设示范性高职院校形势下学生思想政治工作的地位、作用和现状,探讨了开展学生思想政治工作的对策。
With the continuous expansion of the enrollment of higher vocational colleges and the new requirements of the nation in building model higher vocational colleges, the traditional ideological and political education and management concepts, management methods and management systems of the students have hardly been adapted to the needs of the new situation. By understanding the status, role and current situation of students ’ideological and political work under the situation of building a model higher vocational college in our country, this article discusses the countermeasures to carry out the students’ ideological and political work.
