当前,发展社会组织完善公共管理服务体制已经在世界各国成为一种共识,那么,进一步创新运作机制,保证政府与社会组织合作顺利就成为今后我国政府、社会组织必须面对的现实问题,这不仅关乎政府、社会组织的共强发展,更决定了公共利益的有效实现。因此,本文综合比较近年来国内外政府社会组织合作机制的主要模式,逐步探索适合我国实际情况的政府社会组织职能代理机制及其构建路径。
At present, the development of social organizations to improve the public management service system has become a consensus in all countries in the world. Therefore, further innovating the operational mechanism and ensuring the smooth cooperation between the government and social organizations have become the real problems that our government and social organizations must face in the future. This not only Concerning the all-powerful development of the government and social organizations, it also determines the effective realization of the public interest. Therefore, this article comprehensively compares the main modes of the cooperation mechanism of social organizations both at home and abroad in recent years and gradually explores the functional agency mechanism of government social organizations that suits the actual situation in our country and its construction path.
