将胜利减压渣油中的胶质与饱和分、芳香分以及减压馏分油加氢裂化(SSOT)尾油中的石蜡进行调合。在热反应条件下,分别考察了胶质与芳香分、饱和分、石蜡的配伍性,并与纯胶质和纯渣油的热反应行为进行对比。结果表明,具有较高芳香度的纯胶质和胶质芳香分热反应体系对沥青质的胶溶能力较强,而芳香度较小的胶质石蜡与胶质饱和分热反应体系对沥青质的胶溶能力较差。同时还考察了胶质在不同的分散介质中对甲苯不溶物生成的影响和热反应后残渣油各组分化学组成结构的变化规律。
Varnish in Volatile Vacuum Residue is blended with paraffin in saturated, aromatic, and sulfur-reduced (SSOT) tail oils. Under thermal reaction conditions, the compatibility of gum with aromatic fraction, saturated fraction and paraffin wax were investigated respectively, and compared with the thermal reaction behavior of pure gum and pure residue. The results showed that the higher aromaticity of pure colloidal and colloidal aromatic pyrolysis reaction system of asphaltene peptization ability stronger, while the less aromatic glial paraffin and gum saturated pyrolysis reaction system of asphaltene Poor peptization ability. At the same time, the influence of gum on the formation of toluene insolubles in different dispersion media and the change of chemical composition of each component after thermal reaction were also investigated.
