以人参皂甙-Rb_1、-Rb_2、-Rb_3、-Rd、-Re、-Rg_1、-Rg_2、-Rh_1、-Rh_2、拟人参皂甙-F_(11)及-RT_5为标准品,利用薄层层析对西洋参茎叶总皂甙进行了定性分析,采用比色法和双波长薄层扫描法测定了总皂甙、单体皂甙、分组皂甙含量。结果表明,总皂甙中含有16种以上的单体皂甙,其含量为83%以上;单体皂甙中拟人参皂甙-F_(11)含量最高;分组皂甙中原人参二醇皂甙高于原人参三醇皂甙含量,奥科提罗醇(Ocotillol)皂甙含量最低。此文属首次报道。
Ginsenosides-Rb_1, -Rb_2, -Rb_3, -Rd, -Re, -Rg_1, -Rg_2, -Rh_1, -Rh_2, Pseudomonas-saponin-F_(11) and -RT_5 were used as standards and thin layer chromatography was used. The qualitative analysis of the total saponins of Panax ginseng stems and leaves was carried out. The content of total saponin, monomer saponin and saponin was determined by colorimetry and dual wavelength thin-layer scanning. The results showed that the total saponins contained more than 16 kinds of monomeric saponins, the content of which was more than 83%; the content of the pseudo-ginsenosides-F_(11) in the monomeric saponins was the highest; the sub-catenin saponin was higher than the original ginsenosides. Saponin content, Ocotillol saponin content is the lowest. This article is the first report.
