低剂量重组人类生长激素(HGH)与人类绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)合用于体外受精与胚胎移植(IVF-ET)超排卵周期中,反应欠佳的不育患者,发现能促进卵子成熟,提高受精率,增加移植胚胎数。明显改善妊娠率,但未能影响卵泡的增补及减少诱发排卵所需HMG的剂量和用药时间。血清IGF-1水平在使用外源性生长激素(GH)期间明显升高,而对照组无类似变化,证实低剂量GH在本研究中的使用是有效的。
