低剂量重组人类生长激素（ＨＧＨ）与人类绝经期促性腺激素（ＨＭＧ）合用于体外受精与胚胎移植（ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ）超排卵周期中，反应欠佳的不育患者，发现能促进卵子成熟，提高受精率，增加移植胚胎数。明显改善妊娠率，但未能影响卵泡的增补及减少诱发排卵所需ＨＭＧ的剂量和用药时间。血清ＩＧＦ－１水平在使用外源性生长激素（ＧＨ）期间明显升高，而对照组无类似变化，证实低剂量ＧＨ在本研究中的使用是有效的。
