以不同的L-α-氨基酸为原料,经氨基的保护,与盐酸美金刚缩合、脱保护和成盐4步反应制备一系列美金刚衍生物,其结构均经1HNMR、IR和HR-MS表征。
A series of memantine derivatives were prepared from different L-α-amino acids by amino group protection, condensation with memantine hydrochloride, deprotection and salt formation. Their structures were characterized by 1HNMR, IR and HR-MS .
