重庆奉节至云阳高速公路穿越大巴山余脉,走向基本与长江平行。沿线地形、地质条件特别复杂,气象水文条件特别丰富。该项目桥涵设计比例占到23%,设计难度大,上部形式主要有预制T梁、现浇箱梁、刚构和斜拉桥;桥墩结构主要为圆柱墩,矩形实体墩和空心薄壁墩;桥台结构主要为肋板式、柱式和重力式。沿线沟渠纵横,被交路众多,涵洞通道以盖板涵为主。本文重点介绍了奉云高速桥涵设计的总体思路和要点,然后再结合现场施工中遇到的实际情况,提出在桥涵设计中需要注意的一些问题,也为山区高速公路桥涵设计提供参考。
Chongqing Fengjie to Yunyang Expressway through the Daba Mountains, to the basic parallel with the Yangtze River. Along the terrain, the geological conditions are particularly complicated and the meteorological and hydrological conditions are particularly rich. The proportion of bridges and culverts in the project accounts for 23%, which is difficult to design. The upper forms include prefabricated T-beams, cast-in-place box girders, rigid structures and cable-stayed bridges. The pier structures are mainly cylindrical piers, rectangular solid piers and hollow thin- Abutment structure is mainly ribbed, column and gravity. Vertical and horizontal ditches along the route, being many roads, culverts culvert to cover culvert. This article focuses on the general ideas and key points of the Bridges and Culverts Design in Feng-Yun Expressway. Then, combining with the actual situation in the field construction, some problems needing attention in the design of bridges and culverts are put forward.
