Our bureau is the largest postal hub bureau in northeast China. Now it has 5,159 employees and is responsible for the distribution of mails, newspapers and periodicals in parts of the three northeastern provinces and parts of Inner Mongolia, as well as sending mail and newspapers in the region. Over the past few years, our bureau has adhered to the policy of reform and opening up. In keeping with the guiding ideology of scientific management in terms of communication capability, communication quality and “two” benefits, we have renewed our concepts and pioneered a pioneering spirit that has gone from a traditional experience management to a modern science New way of managing change.
