本文介绍了用电算法对目前国内应用最广泛的B665型和BC6063型牛头刨床进行运动分析,为的是情确的了解它的运动特性和有关的数据,以便为进一步作动力分析掌握性能和改进设计提供依据,并通过这个具体的实例介绍了较为复杂的Ⅲ级机构的运动分析的电算程序设计的方法和步骤。最后将其运动分析所得的有关数据和运动线图与其他类型的牛头刨床作了对比分析,证实了B665型牛刨床的机构具有较好的运动特性。
This article describes the use of electrical algorithms on the current most widely used in the country B665 and BC6063-type shaper for the movement analysis, in order to accurately understand its kinematic characteristics and related data in order to further for the dynamic analysis to master the performance and improvement Design basis, and through this specific example introduces the method and procedure of the computer program design of the more complex Ⅲ-level mechanism of motion analysis.
