目的探讨中老年牙周牙髓联合病变的病因及有效的治疗方法。方法对83例牙周牙髓联合病变的患牙根据原发病因不同采取不同的治疗方法,观察其临床疗效。结果原发于牙髓感染的牙周病损经根管治疗后预后较好;原发于牙周感染的病损牙,治疗预后取决于牙周病损程度,牙周病损破坏范围大者预后较差。结论中老年牙周牙髓病的治疗须临床详细检查分析原发病损原因,并结合中老年人的特点选择适当的治疗方案。
Objective To explore the etiology and effective treatment of combined periodontal and endodontic diseases in middle-aged and old people. Methods Totally 83 cases of periodontal and dental pulp combined lesions were treated with different methods according to their primary causes, and their clinical effects were observed. Results Primary periodontal lesions of primary pulp infection had a good prognosis after root canal treatment. The primary lesions in periodontal infection were affected by the periodontal lesions and the periodontal damage Poor prognosis. Conclusion The treatment of periodontal endodontic pulp disease in middle-aged and elderly patients needs detailed examination and analysis of the causes of the primary lesion and the appropriate treatment plan according to the characteristics of middle-aged and elderly people.
