民营体育企业是体育产品和服务供给的重要主体,其积极履行社会责任对于体育产业和体育事业的持续健康发展以及居民生活水平的稳步提升都有重要意义。民营体育龙头企业在履行社会责任方面进行了积极探索,并取得了初步成就。然而,由于民营体育企业涉及的业务门类多、分布的地域空间广、个体情况的差异大,不同利益相关者对其寄予的社会责任期望也存在很大差异。因此,要促进民营体育企业积极履行社会责任,既要加强政策引导,营造良好的宏观氛围,又要强化管理创新,构建高效的微观机制。
Private sports enterprises are the main body of the supply of sports products and services, and their active fulfillment of social responsibilities are of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of the sports industry and sports as well as the steady improvement of residents’ living standards. Private sports leading enterprises in the social responsibility to carry out an active exploration, and achieved initial success. However, due to the variety of business involved in private sports enterprises, the geographical distribution of space, individual differences in the situation, different stakeholders of their social responsibility expectations there are also very different. Therefore, to promote private sports enterprises to actively fulfill their social responsibilities, it is necessary to strengthen policy guidance, create a good macro-atmosphere, but also strengthen management innovation and build efficient micro-mechanism.
