目的:研究内皮细胞选择素及其配体在肝癌转移中的作用。方法:采用地高辛标记探针原位杂交的方法,检测了正常肝脏、肝癌组织及癌旁肝组织中内皮细胞选择素(E-Selectin)及其配体合成的关键酶岩藻糖转移酶(Fuc-T)的转录水平。结果:E-Selectin的转录只局限于内皮细胞,且在肝癌及正常肝组织之间没有差别;但Fuc-T的转录水平在肝癌与正常肝组织之间差别明显,表现为多发肝癌中子瘤的水平明显高于母瘤,母瘤明显高于单发肝癌,单发肝癌明显高于癌旁组织,而癌旁组织又明显高于正常肝组织。结论:E-Selectin与其配体的相互粘附,在肝癌的转移中起了重要作用。
Objective: To study the role of endothelial cell selectins and their ligands in metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma. METHODS: In situ hybridization with digoxigenin labeled probes was used to detect the key enzyme fucosyltransferases in the synthesis of endothelial cell selectin (E-Selectin) and its ligands in normal liver, liver cancer tissues and adjacent liver tissues. (Fuc-T) Transcription Level. RESULTS: The transcription of E-Selectin was restricted to endothelial cells, and there was no difference between hepatoma and normal liver tissues. However, the transcription level of Fuc-T was significantly different between hepatocellular carcinoma and normal hepatic tissues, manifesting as multiple neoplasms of hepatocellular carcinoma. The level of the tumor was significantly higher than that of the mother tumor. The mother tumor was significantly higher than the single liver cancer. The single liver cancer was significantly higher than the adjacent cancer tissue, and the adjacent tissue was significantly higher than the normal liver tissue. Conclusion: The mutual adhesion of E-selectin and its ligand plays an important role in the metastasis of liver cancer.
