采用Ｓａｎｄｅｒ－ｃｒａｍｅｒ法评价了川楝子油体外杀精子效果。川楝子油在２０ｓ内可使精子丧失活力，而川楝子油－环己酮复合物对精子的影响随其浓度增加而增强。精子复活试验表明对精子的上述影响为不可恢复性的。
In vitro spermicidal effects of Toosendan oil were evaluated by Sander-cramer method. Toosendan oil in the 20s can sperm motility, and toosendan oil - cyclohexanone complex on the impact of sperm with its concentration increased. Sperm resurrection tests show that the above effects on sperm are not recoverable.
