观察125例变态反应性鼻炎变应原鼻内激发试验前后鼻阻力变化。结果示变应原鼻内激发试验阳性者其鼻总阻力明显高于正常对照组和阴性组;鼻阻力激发后变化超过0.1kPa/(s.L)或原基线30％可作为激发试验阳性的客观参考指标。
The changes of nasal resistance in 125 patients with allergic rhinitis before and after intranasal challenge test were observed. The result showed that the nasal total resistance of the allergic rhinitis test group was significantly higher than that of the normal control group and the negative group.
