有些老年人无任何眼疾也会引起黄斑裂孔.称为特发性老年性黄斑裂孔,国内报告甚少,我院1974～1990年发现8例(10眼),现报告如下. 一、临床资料本文病例均为女性特发性老年性黄斑裂孔,无高度近视、外伤及手术史,平均年龄56岁,6例为单眼患病,2例为双眼患病.其主要症状是视力下降,眼前暗影,裂孔大多数为圆形或椭圆形,裂孔为1/5～1/2PD;3例见有玻璃体后脱离现象;4例在黄斑裂孔周围见淡灰白的浅层限局视网膜脱离,随访一年以上,发展缓慢,末见引起黄斑裂孔原件视网膜脱离.
