本文列举了当今世界高炉炉料结构的主要形式,通过对我国重点企业不同炉料结构冶炼指标进行分析比较以及对我国高炉炉料结构合理化过程的回顾,阐明了高碱度烧结矿加酸性球团矿是我国当前合理的炉料结构。明确提出高炉炉料结构合理化的衡量标志和实现炉料结构合理化的途径。通过展望世界主要产钢国家炉料结构的近况,进一步指出高碱度烧结矿加酸性球团矿的炉料结构有广阔的发展前途。
This paper lists the main forms of the blast furnace charge structure in today’s world. Through the analysis and comparison of different charge structure smelting targets of key enterprises in our country and the review of the rationalization process of blast furnace charge structure in China, it is clarified that the high-basicity sinter ore plus acid pellets is a The current reasonable charge structure.
