本文用乌拉坦麻醉的大鼠观察了向灰翼区微量注射5,6-双羟色胺(5,6-DHT)以损毁局部5-HT能神经对蓝斑核抑制胃电和胃运动效应的影响。结果表明,在对照组,刺激蓝斑核导致胃电和胃运动的明显抑制。胃电慢波的振幅和胃内压分别下降到对照值的42.7%和44.5%。但是在5,6-DHT组,刺激蓝斑核后胃电慢波的振幅和胃内压分别只下降到对照值的98.9%和77.5%,与对照组相比较有非常明显的差异(P<0.01)。结果提示,灰翼区的5-HT能神经参与蓝斑核抑制胃电和胃运动的机制。
The effect of microinjection of 5,6-dihydroxytryptamine (5,6-DHT) into the gray wing region to destroy local 5-HT energy nerve on the locus coeruleus inhibition of gastric electromotility and gastric motility was observed in rats anesthetized with urethane. . The results showed that in the control group, stimulation of the locus coeruleus resulted in significant inhibition of gastric electrophysiology and gastric motility. The amplitude of gastric slow wave and intragastric pressure dropped to 42.7% and 44.5% of the control values, respectively. However, in the 5,6-DHT group, the amplitude of the gastric slow wave and the intragastric pressure after stimulation of the locus coeruleus decreased only to 98.9% and 77.5% of the control values, respectively, which was significantly different from the control group (P< 0.01). The results suggest that the 5-HT nerves in the gray wing area participate in the mechanism of inhibition of gastric electrocautery and gastric motility by the locus coeruleus.
