一、概述水中抛填粗粒土修筑堤坝或围堰,其竣工断面及工程性质都是由填料自然特性形成的。工程实例虽多,但资料甚少。一般工程设计多借助于经验,对其工程特性很难有个预先准确的估计。同时也缺乏一套严密的施工控制方法。本文收集了葛洲坝工程几座围堰采用水中抛填粗粒土的试验研究资料,可供同类工程参考。葛洲坝工程几座围堰的水下部位填筑,均采用主体工程开挖的弃料,用汽车装运,往水中自卸抛填形成堰体,各围堰施工时的水深情况如下:
