如何更好地做好机关档案工作,成了新、青、甘、陕、宁五省区第五次档案工作会议的中心议题。 10月6日——11日在银川召开的这次会议主要讨论了机关档案管理体制、科学管理和开发利用问题。代表们认为,当前西北地区各级机关档案工作已基本建立,机关档案干部队伍得到充实,档案管理条件有所改善,多层次的机关档案工作体系已基本形成。机关档案工作在为机关工作服务,为社会利用服务中日益发挥了积极作用。但是机关档案工作还未引起机关领导的普遍重视,长期存在的机构不健全,人员不稳定,经费不足,档案保管设备落后等实际困难,还未得到根本解决。建立健全机关档案工作,充实机关档案干部队伍,完善机关档案工作管理体制,实行机关档案工作规范化,贯彻执行《档案法》,依法加强机关档案工作,
How to do a better job in the archives of the authorities has become the central topic of the fifth archives working conference in the five provinces and autonomous regions including the New, Green, Gansu, Shaanxi and Ningxia provinces.
