在大量生产和成批生产中,对形状、结构简单的中、小型铸钢件应用金属型铸造,可以获得较高的技术经济指标。我们在5～75吨通用桥式起重机中的约69种产品上采用了“铁模与冷圈”铸造工艺,取得了很好的效果。这些零件绝大部分是圆形结构,如大、小车轮及齿轮、齿轮盘接手、轴接手和齿轮联轴器等,一般尺寸在φ200～1200毫米之间,重量在10～1000公斤之内,经过实践验证,它不但使铸钢件的质量提高了一步,还使铸钢件的成品率
