当前大学生就业难,就业质量低的重要原因在于高校培养的人才与市场需求的错位。随着企业信息化程度的推进,极大增加市场对ERP应用人才的需求。而各高校ERP人才培养的滞后性远远不能满足企业所需。本文阐述ERP人才培养的迫切性,探讨当前我国高校ERP教学的普遍问题,结合教学实际构建四位一体的ERP教学模式,以期改善ERP教学质量,为社会培养更多“适销对路”的人才。
