深静脉血栓是人工髋关节置换患者常见的并发症之一。深静脉血栓形成(DVT)是指血液不正常地在深静脉凝结,阻塞静脉腔,导致静脉回流障碍,好发于下肢。我院2014年1~12月对24例患者实施人工髋关节置换术,为防止术后出现下肢深静脉血栓,经积极护理干预,效果明显,DVT发生率显著下降。现将护理体会报告如下。1临床资料本组24例,男17例,女7例,年龄38~97岁,平均64岁。其中单侧全髋关节置换16例,双髋关节置换3例,人工股骨
Deep venous thrombosis is one of the common complications in patients with hip replacement. Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) refers to the abnormal blood coagulation in the deep veins, blocking the venous cavity, leading to venous reflux disorder, occurs in the lower limbs. In our hospital from January to December 2014, 24 patients underwent total hip arthroplasty. To prevent postoperative deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity, the active nursing intervention was effective and the incidence of DVT was significantly decreased.
