针对湖南省某干线公路旧路改建实例,通过Abaqus有限元软件分析在旧路基层强度不同时,旧水泥路面碎石化后铺筑的水泥混凝土面层在行车荷载作用下面层产生的应力变化。若旧路基层为级配碎石、石灰粉煤灰土,旧路面碎石化后加铺混凝土面层在行车荷载作用下面层拉应力相比旧路面凿除时拉应力减小,而旧路基层为水泥稳定砂砾时,旧路面碎石化后加铺混凝土面层在行车荷载作用下面层应力相比旧路面凿除时拉应力增加;在混凝土加铺层下方增设18cm5%水泥稳定砂砾基层,并将原旧路碎石化层或旧路基层作底基层使用时,荷载作用下混凝土加铺层的拉应力可大幅减小。
Aiming at the reconstruction of an old road in a main highway in Hunan Province, the stress changes of the cement concrete pavement paved by the old cement road pavement under the action of driving load were analyzed by Abaqus finite element software when the strength of the old subgrade was different. The original old road rubble layer or the old subgrade as the base layer of use, the load of concrete overlay tensile stress can be significantly reduced.
