概述 我厂自82年以来,开始对高强度活塞环材质的研究,现已初步完成了筒体铸态珠光体钒钛高强度球墨铸铁环材质的研制,其材质性能为:铸态抗弯强度> 100kgf/mm~2,弹性模数≥15.000kgf/mm~2,硬度99~110( HRB),热稳定系数>92%,线热涨系数<11× 10~(-6)( 20~600℃),快速磨损试验在n=850转/分,磨料浓度0.6%工作5小时后测得环的开口间隙增大量为2.045mm,用其材质我厂先后作过6135、6100B3Q、T20-203等发动机的装机试验,并且以F600机型小批量生产出厂。就目前所收集的信息,均反映效果较佳。下面,就研制情况介绍如下:
Overview Our factory has been studying the material of high-strength piston ring since the year of 82. The material of pearlite vanadium-titanium high-strength ductile iron ring has been basically completed.
