笔者在解剖一具经10%福尔马林固定的成年男性标本时,发现其胆囊的位置发生变异。随即查阅相关文献,先天性胆囊变异,尤其是胆囊位置变异罕见报道~[1]。为积累国人解剖学资料,报道如下。此例标本胆囊大小正常。胆囊的位置出现变异,从肝脏的脏面观可见胆囊跨过肝圆韧带,胆囊底和大部分胆囊体位于肝圆韧带左侧肝左内叶的胆囊窝内(图1)。肝圆韧带位置 The author dissected a 10% formalin fixed adult male specimens, found that the location of the gallbladder mutation.
