运用dsRNA分析技术检测了来自四川各地的 31个稻瘟菌株携带dsRNA因子的情况 ,发现有 18个菌株含有dsRNA因子 ,占供试菌株的 5 8%。在呈阳性的 18个菌株中呈现 13种完全不同的dsRNA电泳模式 ,表明四川省稻瘟菌可能有不同类型的病毒寄生。未发现病毒的dsRNA电泳模式与菌株的地理来源和寄主水稻品种存在相关关系。对带有病毒的菌株 96 - 2 7进行单孢分离所得的 2 0个单孢分离物中 ,都发现dsRNA存在 ,说明分生孢子进行病毒传导的效率是很高的。但其中有两个单孢分离物的dsRNA电泳模式发生变异 ,但未发现其菌落形态 ,菌丝生长速度和产孢特性与亲本菌株的明显差异
Twenty-one strains of Magnaporthe grisea carrying dsRNA were detected by dsRNA analysis, and 18 strains were found to contain dsRNA, accounting for 58% of the tested strains. Thirteen different dsRNA electrophoresis patterns were present in the 18 positive isolates, indicating that there may be different types of virus parasites in M. grisea in Sichuan Province. No dsRNA electrophoresis pattern of the virus was found to correlate with the geographical origin of the strain and the host rice variety. The presence of dsRNA in 20 single spore isolates obtained by single spore isolation of the virus-bearing strain 96-277 indicated that the efficiency of conidia for virus transmission was high. However, dsRNA electrophoresis patterns of two single spore isolates were mutated, but no significant differences in their colony morphology, mycelial growth rate and sporulation characteristics were found with their parental strains
