On March 16, 2007, AUGUS Chemical Company and Dow Fungicide Division, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dow Chemical Company, held a press conference in Sanya, Hainan, delivering its “Taking Roots in China, Serving China ”commitment. Company executives came to the scene to explore the company’s investment in the Chinese market development strategy. Taking this opportunity, the reporter interviewed Mark Haining, President and CEO of Angus and Fungicide Division, and Zeng Yusheng, Business Manager of Greater China (hereinafter referred to as Dow).
