The virus particles isolated and purified from human verruca vulgaris under the CsCl density gradient of 1.34g / cm3 were observed under a transmission electron microscope after being negatively infected. The average diameter of the virus particles was 51.8 ± 2. 53nm, the surface covered with grains, arranged in pentagons and hexons. From electron microscopy, it was concluded that the virus particle was icosahedron, sterically symmetrical, with 42 particles, T = 4, and the isolated virus belongs to papilloma virus (HPV), which is not exactly similar to HPV reported by Klug and others in 1965 With 72 particles on the particle surface, T = 7.
