基层党建工作是一个企业中的重要组成部分,对于稳定人心,提高员工的工作积极性和凝聚力,促进企业的和谐发展具有非常重要的意义。煤炭企业也不例外,煤炭企业作为国家的能源产业和支柱企业之一,对我国的国民经济发展具有重要的影响。随着市场经济的迅速发展和国有企业经济体制改革的不断深化,煤炭企业的基层党建工作开始凸显出了一些不和谐的问题,本文首先就新形势下煤炭基层党建工作的重要性进行了阐述,然后分析了当前煤炭基层党建工作面临的问题,最后提出了新形势下煤炭基层党建工作的几点创新措施。
Party building at the grassroots level is an important part of an enterprise, which is of great significance to stabilizing the people’s heart, improving the enthusiasm and cohesion of employees, and promoting the harmonious development of enterprises. Coal enterprises are no exception. Coal enterprises, as one of the country’s energy industries and pillar enterprises, have an important impact on the development of our national economy. With the rapid development of market economy and the deepening of the reform of the economic structure of state-owned enterprises, the grass-roots party building work of coal enterprises has begun to highlight some discordant issues. This paper first elaborates on the importance of coal-based party building in the new situation, Then it analyzes the problems that the current coal grassroots party building faces, and finally puts forward some innovative measures for the coal grassroots party building under the new situation.
