卫生部门是社会卫生保健工作最主要最直接的承担者,对维护人类健康,促进社会发展有着重要的作用。因此,我们以2000年人人享有卫生保健为大目标,以深化卫生部门改革为主旋律,积极推进全区的PHC工作。一、增强卫生行政部门的政府意识,协助政府决策 PHC工作涉及部门广,能不能抓好,关键在政府领导。
