电子政务取得效益并不是一件容易的事情。国外的统计显示,能按时完成设计要求的大约只占四分之一。中国推进电子政务的基础条件比国外还有一定差距,这就使成功率成为更突出的问题。怎样才能提高我们电子政务建设的效益呢?
E-government to achieve efficiency is not an easy task. Statistics from abroad show that only about one-quarter of the design requirements can be completed on time. The basic conditions for promoting e-government in China are still far behind those in other countries. This has made success rate a more prominent issue. How can we improve the efficiency of e-government construction?
