规范服务“窗口”竞赛与医院的医德医风建设密切相关。规范服务“窗口”竞赛的目的和宗旨,在于促进和提高医务职业道德建设,提高医院管理水平。实践使我们体会到,开展规范服务“窗口”竞赛有利于医院的医德医风建设,而搞好医德医风建设又为规范服务“窗口”竞赛达标取胜奠定了基础。二者相互促进相互影响。
