目的:探讨青少年甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)对骨代谢及骨密度的影响。方法检测50例青少年甲亢患者(甲亢组)及健康青少年45例(对照组)的血清游离甲状腺素、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、骨钙素(BGP)及股骨颈密度(BMD),并对比分析。结果甲亢组患者血清FT3、FT4、ALP和BGP显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05),但是TSH显著低于对照组(<0.05)。甲亢组患者的股骨颈BMD显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论青少年甲亢可影响骨代谢,导致骨密度降低,引起骨质疏松,故在治疗青少年甲亢时应该注意骨质疏松的预防。“,”Objective To investigate the effects of adolescent patients with hyperthyroidism on bone mineral density and bone metabolism. Methods 50 adolescent patients with hyperthyroidism (hyperthyroidism group) and 45 healthy people (control group) were collected. The thyroid function, serum alkaline phosphatase (ALP), bone gla protein (BGP), and femoral neck bone mineral density (BMD) were detected. Results Serum FT3, FT4, ALP and BGP in the hyperthyroidism group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( <0.05), but the TSH was significantly decreased in the hyperthyroidism group ( < 0.05). Compared with control group, the femoral neck BMD was decreased significantly in the hyperthyroidism group ( < 0.05). Conclusion Adolescent hyperthyroidism could affect bone metabolism lead to the decrease of BMP. Thus the prevention of osteoporosis should pay attention to in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.
