目的比较马钱子超微粉与粗粉对小鼠毒性质反应量效关系的差异。方法采用急性毒性试验与连续给药7天的重复给药毒性试验,以死亡率为质反应阳性数,以半数致死剂量(LD50)、最小致死剂量(MLDLD1)、最大耐受剂量(MTDLD0)为考察指标,观察微粉化对制马钱子质反应量效、时效关系的影响。结果马钱子超微粉致雄鼠的LD50、MLDLD1、MTDLD0依次为194.7、100、85mg/kg,致雌鼠的依次为163.0、85、70mg/kg;马钱子粗粉致雄鼠的LD50、MLDLD1、MTDLD0依次为295.7、115、100mg/kg,致雌鼠的依次为271.8、100、85mg/kg。随着剂量的增加,马钱子超微粉较粗粉致小鼠死亡潜伏期缩短更快。结论马钱子超微粉及粗粉对小鼠的毒性反应相似,其急性毒性存在剂量依赖性的时反应量效关系,微粉化后其致死质反应急性毒性与重复给药毒性明显增强。
OBJECTIVE To compare the differences in the dose-response relationship between the toxic effects of ultrafine Strychnos flour and coarse meal on mice. Methods Acute toxicity test and repeated administration toxicity test for 7 days were given. Mortality rate was positive for positive reaction. The LD50, MLDLD1 and MTDLD0 were The indexes were investigated to observe the effects of micronization on the quantitative and time-dependent effects of strychnine reaction. Results The LD50, MLDLD1 and MTDLD0 of male mice induced by AMD were 194.7, 100 and 85 mg / kg, respectively. The induced mice were 163.0, 85 and 70 mg / kg, while the LD50, MLDLD1, MTDLD0 followed by 295.7,115,100mg / kg, induced female rats were 271.8,100,85mg / kg. With the increase of dose, Strychnos ultrafine powder shortens the death latency of mice by coarse powder more quickly. Conclusions The toxic effects of Strychnos nux-minium on the mice were similar to those of the control. The acute toxicity was dose-dependent and time-dependent. The micronutrition-induced acute toxicity and repeated toxicity were significantly increased.
