目的:探讨不同桩核系统修复对不同部位缺损下颌前磨牙抗折能力的影响。方法:选取2012年3月至2013年5月在广州市番禺区中心医院因正畸治疗需要拔出的下颌前磨牙72颗为样本。运用随机数表法随机分为两组,每组36颗,一壁、二壁、三壁牙齿各12颗。对照组采用金属类钴铬合金桩核,观察组采用非金属类玻璃纤维桩+树脂核。比较两组折裂时载荷值以及两组样本的可修复性。结果:观察组一壁、二壁、三壁折裂时载荷值分别为(3670.35±190.23)、(3300.56±189.24)、(2561.34±331.23),低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组可修复率为84.3%高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钴铬合金铸造桩核的载荷值高于玻璃纤维桩+树脂核,而可修复性上低于玻璃纤维桩+树脂核,因此要根据患者病情选用桩核。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different post-core implants on the fracture resistance of mandibular premolars with different parts. Methods: From March 2012 to May 2013, 72 samples of mandibular premolar to be extracted due to orthodontic treatment in Central Hospital of Panyu, Guangzhou were selected. Using random number table method were randomly divided into two groups, each group of 36, one wall, two walls, three walls of the 12 teeth. In the control group, cobalt-chromium alloy posts were used, while non-metallic glass fiber posts and resin cores were used in the observation group. The fracture load values and the repairability of the two groups were compared. Results: The load values of one wall, two walls and three walls in the observation group were (3670.35 ± 190.23), (3300.56 ± 189.24) and (2561.34 ± 331.23), respectively, which were lower than those in the control group Significance (P <0.05). The repair rate of the observation group was 84.3% higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The loading value of cobalt-chromium alloy cast post-core is higher than that of glass fiber post + resin core, but the repairable property is lower than that of glass fiber post + resin core. Therefore, the post core should be selected according to the patient’s condition.
